Well UP! is a safe space for anyone seeking more in life. 

We hold to the fundamental belief that within each human being lies the divine potential for unique greatness. To awaken this potential requires personal inner work of clarity, alignment, and in many instances, the release of emotional blocks. 

 

We draw our inspiration from an encounter in the Bible

where Jesus Christ met a woman at a well. He had this to say to her: 

 

“The water I will give him will become in him
a spring of water welling up to eternal life.”

(John 4:14 ESV)

 

The term ‘Well UP!’ carries the double meaning of a well that provides fresh water,

and achieving wellness. Each person is a well of water. After all, our bodies are 60% water! 

And a circulating flow of water leads to wellness in our spirit, mind, and body.
